During the sacred Sri Dalada Wandana held from April 18th to 27th, 2025, we were dedicated to supporting the health and comfort of the thousands of pilgrims who gathered. In collaboration with the Regional Director of Health Services (RDHS) in Kandy, we actively participated in organizing and supporting health camps at key locations including near the Dalada Maligawa, Royal International School, Malwathu Wiharaya, and Mahaiyawa.
These emergency treatment units, supplied with necessary medication from our Kandy and Peradeniya Rajya Osusala, provided crucial medical assistance to pilgrims throughout the event. Thousands of individuals received timely treatment, highlighting the importance of these services.
Furthermore, we were pleased to distribute over 5,000 free cups and sachet packets of Jeewanee. This initiative was met with enthusiastic and positive feedback from pilgrims, who appreciated the refreshing and revitalizing effects of the beverage.
Our participation in the Sri Dalada Wandana 2025 underscores our commitment to community health and well-being, ensuring a safer and more comfortable experience for all attendees.
