REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PURCHASE OF PHARMACETICALS/ SURGICAL ITEMS, VETERINARY AND FOOD SUPPLEMENTS THROUGH CPU - EXTENSION NOTICE
YEAR 2026

Reference the web notice (SPC website) with regard to the CPU supplier registration the final date of submission of applications has been extended up to 15th of February 2026. Please note that no further extensions would be granted.

REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PURCHASE OF PHARMACETICALS/ SURGICAL ITEMS, VETERINARY AND FOOD SUPPLEMENTS THROUGH CPU
YEAR 2026

The State Pharmaceuticals Corporation (SPC) requests suppliers of pharmaceuticals / Surgical Items, suppliers of veterinary and food supplements to be registered with the Central Purchasing Unit (CPU) of SPC for the products they intend to supply to SPC through CPU. Quotations for CPU requirements will be requested only from suppliers who are registered with CPU for respective products.

Conditions

  1. Registration fee of Rs.1000/= should pay for each Items.
  2. Registration fee to be paid in cash to cashier at Finance Division of SPC Head Office between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm on working days and application forms and specimen of Excel sheet to be downloaded from SPC web site.
  3. Duly filled application + Excel sheet and payment receipt should be submitted on or before 08/02/2026 by e-mail. (cpuofficer@spc.lk )

NOTE - Following items should be attached.

  1. Business Registration Certificate.
  2. Validated NMRA registered pharmaceuticals / surgical, free sales certificates for food suppliments, Borderline registration for Borderline products or any other valid registration certificates should be attached.

Note : If any price reduction introduced by the Government. Lower price will be considered with the registration price.
